How to Try the Winning Case

Last year’s seminar was the second installment to the Lanier methods for trying and winning lawsuits.  This year, we take it to the next level.  With another year gone, hundreds of millions more in verdicts won, Lanier has many new tips for preparing, trying, and winning your cases.

Come check out almost 35 years of trial experience that has resulted in over 14 billion dollars in trial results.  Lanier opens his vault of methods that target winning the case, from the planning stages to the actual execution.  Get his updated check lists.  Learn his latest and greatest tools.  Change the way you try cases.

Several sessions also will cover corresponding ethics issues. 14-17 hours of CLE, including 2.5 hours of ethics, is pending approval in most states. Click here to see the CLE credits for your state.
